Being calm is a natural state of being. When we move into this state, we have a better sense of knowing, are in control of our thoughts and create a stronger connection with our higher selves.

We are each responsible for our own thoughts and feelings. If we have too much on our plates, it can cause stress and dis-ease and our objectives may become blurred and difficult to accomplish.

If you are feeling nervous, agitated or out of control, breathe, listen and ask:

 1. ‘What do I need to know right now?’

2. Be still and allow your thoughts to flow.

3.  Ask: ‘Is this right for me?’

4. Acknowledge what feels right and trust your instinct.

Learning to be calm will sustain you and allow you to trust you are on the right path, that you are exactly where you should be.

We all go through experiences where it may be necessary to work through our feelings and face up to any fears or anxieties.  Honour your mind, body and soul when you feel the need to step back and acknowledge what is right for you, at that moment.

Trust that all will be well and keep focusing what feels right for YOU.
