What is a Reiki Energy Healing?
A Reiki Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive yet powerful and safe system of healing. It is a positive experience with its relaxing effects being immediately apparent.
Reiki, pronounced Ray-Key, two Japanese words combined meaning Universal Life Force Energy.
What does it Do?

How Does it Work?
I will bring you through your energetic healing process online via Zoom where I am guided to send energy around your body, chakras or wherever it is needed most. All you have to do is close your eyes, focus on your breath and relax whilst listening to some soothing music.
Everyone experiences something different but there is always an over-all sense of well-being and immediate release of stress and feeling of relaxation.
