By engaging with Calming Coach and or this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions made between you, (herein known as ‘you’ or ‘your’), and Calming Coach EI, Boulevard Pierre Delmas, 06600 Antibes, France Siren No: 877719856, (herein known as ‘Calming Coach’).

Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, share or distribute your private information in any way, with anyone, ever.

Any contact details or other information you enter on this website are used solely for communicating with Calming Coach. This includes direct communications and or occasional email newsletters which you may unsubscribe from anytime by using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each email.

Any personal information or issues shared by you in video call sessions, email and text messages or otherwise will be strictly confidential and kept in the confines of the course.

Cookies
Like the majority of online services, we use cookies to monitor usage and traffic patterns on our website. These cookies do not contain any personal information. A GDPR acknowledgement is displayed the first time you visit the website and continued use of the website requires your acceptance of this.

Information
Material provided on this website is provided as is and without warranty.

One to One Sessions
You take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given. All information is given for you to use of your own free will.

If you are under any medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a course, Calming Coach will need to evaluate and discuss whether the course can continue.

Calming Coach may terminate a session or course should you psychologically respond negatively, show any aggressive or confrontational attitude, or where to carry on, could cause harm to you.

Each one-on-one session is conducted using video calling via the internet. Each session lasts for one hour and starts on time. In the case of a late connection, an appointment will not extend past the originally scheduled end time. In the case of an unavoidable delay due to technical issues, Calming Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session as Calming Coach feels is fair. Should you cancel a session, Calming Coach reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Cancellation
If Calming Coach cancels an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative time slot or a full refund. No refunds will be offered on any portion of a missed appointment time due to late connection or non-attendance.

Payment
All payments are due in advance and payable by debit/credit card or bank transfer. Payment processes are fully secured using the encryption payment gateway provided by Stripe. No financial or credit/debit card details are kept by Calming Coach.

General
You acknowledge and fully understand that Calming Coach does not replace medical care from a medical professional and Calming Coach cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent an illness.

Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective 01 September 2020 until further notice.
