Course Modules

As individuals, we each are all at varying stages of our life path and no two people are the same. In my one-on-one program, I meet you where you are at.

This course is based on modules which best fits your current lifestyle, where you want to be and how you want to feel in the future.

Below are a sample of modules to give you an idea of aspects of wellness you will explore on your journey to feel calm all the time.

This is a get-to-know-you session i.e. where you are at now and where you want to be, emotionally, physical and mentally in a week, month, six months or a year.

We look at your current lifestyle habits, prioritise what’s causing you the most pain, unease or stress etc. and ways to move forward with your goals so that it positively impacts all aspects of your wellness and that of your family.

I will support you to explore solutions that you are comfortable with, are doable, actionable and always with your goal at the fore front

Let’s explore what YOU time means for you, what brings you joy and how you can you have more of that in your everyday life.

Noticing and recognising emotional triggers before they escalate into a bigger issue that may set you off balance for the rest of your day; learning to implement  short, doable calming techniques to combat them in the moment no matter where you are.

Putting yourself first and prioritising your day so that it works best for YOU might seem like a selfish act.

In reality, if you are not taking care of your physical, mental and emotional needs first, it can leave you feeling out of alignment, low in mood and drained of energy. Therefore you are not in a good place to look after the needs of your loved ones.

Sometimes, just walking into a room full of people can trigger stress, anxiety and overwhelm without them understanding why. An Empath is someone who is sensitive to other people’s energies. They can also be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).

Many Empaths can also be people pleasers who have difficulty saying no to things that don’t serve them well.

In this session, learn more about what it means to be an Empath and how you can set personal boundaries to protect your energy and feel calm in supermarkets, airports etc.

As individuals, we are each responsible for our own thoughts and actions.

Many of us can become stuck in a mindset that doesn’t serve us well.

By choosing a practise that resonates and works well for you will bring a noticeable improvement in a very short space of time.

Reiki is a gentle healing practice which improves the flow of energy around the body and its relaxing effects are immediately apparent. It restores balance and promotes improved health and overall well-being. People often comment on how comforting they find their experience with Reiki.

You don’t have to be in the same room as your practitioner in order to receive a Reiki healing. You can be next door, down the street or on the other side of the world. Energy flows in the same way as with a hands-on healing.

Break the habit of reviewing things that frustrate and upset you before you go to sleep.

Learning to set positive intentions and practising breathing techniques has proved to increase your health and energy and overall wellbeing.

Have you long-held aspirations to be more creative, a personal project you’ve been meaning to explore or a perhaps an intention to increase your fitness?

By choosing something that makes you happy without stressing about the end results or your current skillset is a mindful practice.  The act of being in the moment and creating your ideal dream scenario will inspire you to want to do it again and again.

I will help you bridge that gap between thinking and doing so you allow your future dream become a present fact without impacting on your work-family commitments.

Finding ways to cope with stress, worry and anxiety during an illness are vital to your recovery. An extra dose of faith, belief and mindful preparation for any struggles you are facing, can feel literally like half the battle.

Perhaps it’s a loved one who is suffering. Find out how to hold a space for that person without taking on their pain.

Emotional stress can sometimes manifest in the form of physical pain.
Women who constantly feel stressed or overwhelmed on an hourly or daily basis most likely suffer from recurrent illnesses such as chronic UTIs, infections, digestion issues, hormone imbalances such as severe menopausal symptoms or painful periods.

We explore the practice of self-care, mindful self-healing and complementary healing therapies that will bring you closer to a calmer you.
