How Does It Work?
We will have hourly 1:1 online coaching sessions each week which are specially tailored to your needs.
In our sessions, we look at your current lifestyle, situation habits and what’s causing you the most pain. We uncover solutions to make realistic life-long change. We set small daily habits based on your goals in a way that fits in with your busy life and doesn’t impact on work-family commitments.
To support and keep you accountable, you have access to me on WhatsApp throughout the week, in addition to exclusive meditations, calming techniques, guided practices, goal setting plans and much more.
